Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are generally 5–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Bluddersin LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around the delivery location, contacting household members or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier.

Bluddersin LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with any available carrier investigation.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
